Max Marcoux and Cheryl Marconi started a gym 15 years ago. We’re passionate about helping people with Parkinson’s live stronger, more confident lives through movement, connection, and encouragement. Together, we lead specialized fitness classes designed to improve strength, balance, and mobility — but more importantly, to build hope and community. Every session is about more than just exercise; it’s about empowering each person to fight back against Parkinson’s with determination and positivity.
