Join us for fun workouts, a supportive community and a whole lot of support! Parkinson’s Gym workouts focus on balance, strength, and posture to help you feel better and manage your symptoms. No equipment necessary, but a set of dumbbells and a ball is useful. Classes are 50 minutes.
